I have used BID many times starting not long after Cliff started the company and since Brandon took over. They have done my personal home HVAC as well as units for my business. This is a well run company of hard working folks. The last time I had them out for a failed capacitor in my AC system, they showed up on time and had the issue fixed in about 1/2 hour. The prices was reasonable too. I am fairly sure a couple of the negative reviews on here are not even for the right business.

I called 4 places in town to have our AC unit fixed and couldn’t get a call back from anyone else. Bid mechanical answered right away, sent out an mechanic within 20 minutes of speaking with them, and fixed the problem on the spot. The guy who fixed our AC unit was very friendly, professional, honest, and efficient. Great experience!Service: A/C system maintenance

My 81yr old grandpa ac went out. Every other AC repair company have their phones off the hook because of the heat wave there's a literally the only person to answer the phone even though they were booked couple weeks out. They made him a priority was here same day in a matter of 2 hours Great customer service great price will definitely recommend them to everybodyService: AC repair
