Woodhaven has treated us and our pets far better than Westgate Veterinary clinic and I could not recommend them more! Very responsive, supportive, and always willing to answer our numerous questions! Unlike Westgate, they always follow through.

I came here after having a very unpleasant experience at another practice - rude, grabby doctor, dirty clinic, unhappy, unsupported, and burned out staff- and it was a breath of fresh air. Wonderful staff, clean hospital, everyone clearly very focused on providing compassionate, skilled care to both their patients and their clients. Communications via email, text and phone calls from Dr. Weeks, technical staff and the CSRs have been clear and efficient. Even when they are clearly having a stressful day (what day in vet med doesn't have some stressors?), everyone has been kind and patient. I feel very grateful to have them as the medical caretakers of my best friend.

I have been bringing my pets to Woodhaven since before they built the new clinic and have always had compassionate care from all the people there. Dr. Clauson has mostly been my pets’ veterinarian and she is totally wonderful. When I got my RagDoll kittens last year, I was totally thrilled that the clinic took me back in as a client, as I know how busy they are. I would heartily recommend this clinic to any pet owners.
