I have been going to Gen for about three years now and she never disappoints!! I've gone to so many different hair salons but she is the only one who could give me the look/color I wanted within one session while keeping my hair soft and healthy! Not only are her skills up to par but she is honestly just the sweetest. So personable and genuine, I always feel the positive vibes when I set foot into her studio.

I echo previous comments that if I could give her a 10 star I would! It took a while to get in her schedule but she is definitely worth it. I am a very particular person, especially about my hair which was damaged by a choppy balayage (was rectified of course for another $$$ with unwanted results) last year by Moda salon in Edmonds. I spent twice the amount for a horrible service, anxiety attack and damaged hair last year and more time and money to grow and keep my over processed always tangled hair from driving me nuts. Long story short, V is definitely worth the wait time, money and drive coz I am definitely following her to the new Millcreek location! She is also such a genuine person to talk to! love, love, love and more love!
