Excellent care from Dr. Vivian Lee, she’s professional & knowledgeable. The front desk personnel were friendly & understanding, short wait to get in. I will definitely return if I have Urgent Care needs.
We have been here several times with our children and received good and fast help! The reception staff always is friendly and the doctors and nurses helped us in a professional manner.
The customer service is just They are so rude & won't listen to what you're telling them. When I came in the front desk worker yelled "just check on the iPad" and it was on the wrong site & about to die. I'm not one to write bad reviews but I don't recommend this urgent care :( The only nice one was my doctor who saw me.
