I reached out to Sound IT Solutions to see if they would be a good fit for our unique IT situation. Charlie listened to our needs and ultimately determined that it wasn't the right fit, however, he reached out to his network and referred two other companies that I should have a conversation with. Sound IT is a excellent company. My laptop hinge broke, and I took it to them. We paid the $110 deposit. The total cost was probably going to be a little over $250 they told me, which made me nervous but I saw they had good reviews, and my laptop is too old for the warranty I bought with it but too new and hardly used to just go get a new one. So they had my laptop for a few days, and then called me to verify the parts they needed to order and the estimated cost, and to make
