Nelson made an old wall-to-wall rug look new. Tree sap and other stains disappeared. They were on time and very professional. You couldn't ask for a more reasonable charge for their work. The guys from Nelson carpet cleaning were very kind and knowledgeable about their job.
I live in an apartment with an outside stairwell, they made sure to be mindful about hoses for the neighbors. and they did a very quick and efficient cleaning! The carpets were dry after 4 hours just like they said.

Amazing customer service and reasonable pricing! I can not recommend this company enough! They arrived on time and charged the same amount we were quoted over the phone. I am going to continue to use their services in the future. What makes them a cut above the competition is that they provided a spot cleaning prior to our initial service due to and unfortunate dog accident on the carpet that I had no idea how I was going to get cleaned. Joe came to my rescue! Service like this is rare! I can’t thank them enough. You made me a new loyal fan!
