I highly recommend Lilly Physical Therapy. Dr. Lilly, the practitioners, and front desk team are very thorough and knowledgeable. I've left each appointment with new equipment to use at home (kinesiology tape, bands, exercise ball, etc.) they make sure you have all of the equipment so you can do your exercises at home. Dr. Lilly even wrote her own book on diastasis recti that is well researched and a great resource to have at home. Thanks Dr. Lilly and team!

A few years ago I used Lilly Physical Therapy to help with pain relief after surgery and was quite pleased with the care I received there. When I hurt my hip/back recently I returned to Lilly Physical Therapy and received excellent care. They helped with pain relief and recovery. They even set me up with at home exercises so that I can continue to be proactive in my physical fitness journey. Every single person I came into contact with at Lillys was kind, courteous, and professional. I would highly recommend Lilly Physical Therapy to anyone who needs assistance with pain management and physical rehabilitation. Thank you Lilly, Hugs to you and the whole staff especially... read full review

I began seeing Dr. Lilly early in my pregnancy due to back pain and round ligament pain. Dr. Lilly took the time to understand my medical history and was exceptionally personable. Her extensive knowledge provided me with insights that I wish my OB had covered. After a few weeks of therapy, my pelvic pain has completely resolved, and I now feel confident as I approach labor. I would also like to commend her physical therapists, Andrea and Suzanne, who have consistently worked with me to address various issues. I wanted to give another shout out to the front desk ladies who always greet me with a smile and seem genuinely happy to be there. I would highly recommend Dr. Lily's... read full review
