Years ago I had a basement tattoo done that didn't turn out well. I decided to have saline tattoo lightening and Julie was great to work with. She was very upfront about the process and that it would likely take a good number of sessions. I'm actually surprised how much ink came out in just one session! The picture is after just one session. I'm glad knowing that when I have a new tattoo done I will have a lot more options after having the old one lightened first.Services: Permanent eyeliner
Working with Julie has been such an exciting experience for me. In fact, just being in Julie’s presence is invigorating in itself, apart from the service she provides.
