I cannot say enough good things about this clinic or Dr. Karrick! I came to this clinic to get a second opinion after having a really terrible experience with another Edmonds eye doctor. They got me in the same day I called! Dr. Karrick was so kind and so knowledgeable and treated me with the dignity and respect that I did not get from the first doctor. Thanks to Dr. Karrick, instead of getting two completely unnecessary eye surgeries I just needed a $13 antibiotic! Everybody at this clinic was kind and helpful, right down to the receptionist and the tech. I will be transferring my entire family's care here! If you need eye care in Edmonds, GO HERE!!!

I was nervous about finding a clinic that really took the time to work with their patients on understanding eye health. I am on a lot of medications that impact my vision and it can be a frightening topic. I absolutely lost those nerves though after walking into the clinic. The staff were friendly and personable. Dr. Bryan Karrick is tops! He is professional, kind and attentive. He takes the time to answer questions and explain things that are hard to understand. Exceptional service, professional, prompt and honest.I hope this review highlights the incredible culture and values this company is operating by.I bought new glasses in August of this year, the company has a 90 day return/change policy if the prescription is wrong or doesn’t fit. Unfortunately, my prescription wasn’t exactly what I needed (too strong) and I promptly lost my glasses. Since then, I lost two people to cancer, and both parents were diagnosed with dementia.
