This is the best groomer within a 5 mile radius! We had 4 other experiences where we weren't listened to or something went wrong with other area groomers. Then we found these guys and we haven't stopped going for over a year with our puppy (who is now nearly 2, how time flies!). They are kind, considerate, gracious, and overall extremely good at what they do. Your pup will be in good hands. Plus they have a boarding area and a doggy daycare, so if you end up needing those services, your dog will already be familiar with the location at least ?

Self Wash Review: I went on a Monday at noon and two dogs walked in right before me and mine. The check-in assistant told me that it might be a long wait and maybe I could walk my dog while we waited. Unfortunately as a basic human being I cannot control when a person decides to wash their giant long hair schnauzer 3 seconds before me. So I inquired about reservations and returned the following morning. They were ready and waiting for us! Everything was as clean as it could be. I don't understand the negative reviews about cleanliness, how do dog salons stay fricken clean? The tub was clean, the shampoo and conditioner bottles were labeled and freshly filled. Lisa does a great job on our Cocker Spaniel. Clair is a rescue and is very "spicy". She does not like anyone to touch her, but Lisa is amazing with her and gives her a great haircut every time. I love that it only takes 1-2 hours, which reduces the stress for Clair greatly. Highly recommend.
