Ok it has been a year since I have WSB installed a heat pump for us. There were some hiccups during the process yet the project manager Leslie handled them gracefully. It is also impressive how proactive and responsive Leslie was; she abided by her word, made extra effort to correct things up, and tried her best in resolving issues and answering questions. It is also deserved to be noted that their installation crew was very efficient and organized.
I wished that the rest of the WSB employees could look up to Leslie and learn from her working ethnics, which takes a big role in showing attention and care to customers. Her persistence in seeking a satisfied... read full review

UPDATE: After some negotiations the guys issued a full refund. So, there is accountability. Too bad that Carrier could not have helped much, but that's not WSB HVAC's problem.

The team is full of total rockstars, maneuvering our crawlspace, cleaning filters, checking all the ducts, making repairs, being lowkey and easy to do business with!Services: A/C system maintenance
