Tyler one of the owners of RMR came to look at my Ductless unit that had quit working after I had some skirting replaced around my mobile home. My unit was not even two yrs old and the workers had pulled and shook my unit to where it needed a coil replaced. Tyler was very kind and gave me some advice about replacing the one coil and said unfortunately they might have damaged the other ones and it was up to me but he recommended me replacing it. Unfortunately the workers said they felt they did not do anything to my unit and left me the cost of fixing or replacing my unit. Tyler worked with me and gave me a very fair price and even letting me make a few payments. I highly recommended this company for their honesty and big hearts in helping me get heat again. you will not be disappointed with them. Thanks Tyler!
Everyone that I've been to at Madrona Massage over the years is amazing! I've come for relaxation and also back injury. They are miracle workers! I've gone from my back being in a lot of pain to pain free in one session. I've also had more extensive injuries that have required multiple sessions and cupping, until fully recuperated. My family and I had pictures taken by Jackie, and she was INCREDIBLE! She was so unbelievably kind, professional, and knowledgeable with different poses and props. Having photos taken with a 2.5 year old, and a newborn can be so stressful, but Jackie was so patient, and made photos so fun for the girls. The photos turned out beautiful, and I’ll cherish them forever! I highly recommend going to Jackie! She’s amazing!

Fantastic cleaning, very reasonable pricing, and no annoying sales pitch/upsell that companies like Stanley do. Guy was professional, kind, experienced and got straight to work. The cleaning didn't leave any weird or overwhelming smell like when we had PureClean come out. This company is now the only one I'll call, and I'll likely hire them to do our stretching soon. Can't recommend highly enough.

We had a great experience with Amy and Buck! They took care of the permitting and helped work with our HOA to get approval for trimming our trees and removing a sick tree from our yard - it was a very smooth process!

Brian was great. Came on time, did great work and was very personable. Highly recommend if you're in the Duvall area. He deep cleaned a large sectional sofa for us, and we plan on calling him for carpet and other upholstery in the future.
Jeff really knows what he is doing. I had the Blue Screen of Death on my notebook and spent a day trying to fix it myself. I am usually pretty good at this type of thing, but could not get it to boot. I took it to Jeff in the morning and got it back that afternoon running smoothly. Thank you Jeff!
Ok it has been a year since I have WSB installed a heat pump for us. There were some hiccups during the process yet the project manager Leslie handled them gracefully. It is also impressive how proactive and responsive Leslie was; she abided by her word, made extra effort to correct things up, and tried her best in resolving issues and answering questions. It is also deserved to be noted that their installation crew was very efficient and organized.
I wished that the rest of the WSB employees could look up to Leslie and learn from her working ethnics, which takes a big role in showing attention and care to customers. Her persistence in seeking a satisfied solution rather than to ignore the problem or compromise has made her service to the next level.
We adopted a puppy from them , did quite a bit of grooming, and Vacationing stays. They Rock Christopher Schneider
I routinely get gel manicures and regular pedicures here. My manicures literally never chip! When I get them redone it’s only due to growth, never due to chipping. I made the mistake of going somewhere else recently and my nails paid the price. The people are also very kind and professional. If you are looking for a reliable place to get your nails done, this is the place!
I went in today and had one of their apprentices cut my hair for free today since he was training. Getting my haircut from someone new was a little scary. It was my first time going in there. Everyone was super nice and the place was super busy for a Wednesday afternoon. I came out with a great cut and beard trim. Riley did a great job I would definitely ask for him. Seems like they spend a ton of time and money on training all their new employees. I can see why they were so busy on a Wednesday. Great place. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
I don't know about the landscaping side of the business. We went today for the tree farm! EXCELLENT!!! The people were so friendly. Great selections of trees as well as photo opportunities! Also provide hot chocolate, s'mores and letters to santa! They had a Santa that was so nice and great with the kiddos! Definitely a new Christmas tradition.
I've been going here for years - no real complains. Staff and doctors are friendly, and the care is good.
My most recent visit, I was given eye drops for pupil dilation, and told it would take about 3-4 hours for the effects to clear up. Afterward, I was told that I could get those affects reversed for $40 by taking another set of drops. I just thought that was a little sleezy. Borderline money grabbing. Not the best upsell in my opinion. You shouldn't be charging people for reversal eye drops.
I always come back to Oasis, they are super consistent in their quality. My gel pedi’s last over a month. Their technicians are top notch, and you get what you pay for! My go to nail place and I’ll never try a random shop again!

I can’t even begin to explain how great Patrick was to me. He was very helpful in answering all my questions while also being so kind to everybody he interacted with! I recommend pudget sound driving academy to anyone and everyone looking for a drivers ed class! The team at pudget sound made it a fun and memorable experience.

I’m a professional dog trainer and have been handling and training working dogs my whole career. I’ve also known Dr Gengler since we were kids. She knows what she is doing and is very passionate about the health of your pets.
They did an AMAZING job just trimming my daughter's hair. She has coarse, thick, curly absolutely unruly hair which made this trip a nightmare in the making for me. The stylist took time to work with us on how best to manage it and gave us personal advice as her daughter has nearly identical hair type.
It was well worth the 35 minute drive there rather than a closer location. They won me AND my daughter over. This is our new spot.
