Our one year old female German Shepherd Dog was extremely fear reactive. Even though she was our fourth GSD, we were at a total loss as to how to train or handle her. She would literally go crazy over anything that was unusual, and nothing we would do could calm her down. We were at the point of giving up on her when our Vet recommended Cheryl to us. While we were on the wait list for her Board and Train program we started some one on one training sessions with her. Her very calm and confident way of dealing with Tillie made an immediate impact. Following her training tips and watching her videos allowed us to make significant progress with Tillie. It was like flipping a light switch. Cheryl new exactly what Tillie needed and was able to clearly communicate instructions to us. The Board and Train program was the icing on the cake! In the daily videos that Cheryl would share we could see Tillie's confidence grow by leaps and bounds. She now is a very well behaved dog and a joy to be around and take out in public. Cheryl gave our little girl back to us! We cannot thank her enough.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Our dog Stanley was 3 years old and had a bunch of bad habits, due to my wife and I thinking we had a good dog. Lead off leash’s training completely changed our dog. Stanley heels, and responds to commands unlike before. Very great results and, we did and in person last day, that was training us not just the dog. She is very thorough and very patient to make sure you know and understand your NEW DOG! 🐕 thank you !

Cheryl cares deeply about our pets and wants them to become the best version of themselves. She is extremely knowledgeable and continues to educate herself through further specialized training. She spends a lot of time with each of her clients (the dog) each day, so they are actively training and learning throughout the day and she incorporates real world experiences through the entire training process. She understands dogs more intimately than most trainers and she tailors the training needs/exercises to each pet so they are able to learn better behaviors.
