The studio is adorable and inviting. The teacher and other participants were lovely and welcoming. The class I took was great, gentle, but still had tons of options to make it as challenging as an individual would like it. The equipment was well organized, clean and available for all. I'm looking forward to trying out all of the different classes offered. I also loved the shorter session at noon, as a work from home person this made it very convenient!

I went to the last 3 classes - mini vin x2 and barre - I was on vacay and mini vin was the perfect one to come back to - lots of stretching which got me ready for a very fun barre with an Olympic vibe ????

Lobby is very bright and welcoming. Studio is spacious and has a relaxing vibe. I am new to yoga and took a class with Ashley. She went at just the right pace, gently correcting my form when I needed it. The time flew by. I came out of the class feeling great physically and mentally. Shiva Yoga is a gem of a studio!
