Half the time, the machines don't work, the customer service here are bad, and they barely help the customers with their problems.Like one time, there was a woman who needed help with the machine to work and didn't speak english that well, so they barely helped her with her problem. Also, I would mention that the bathroom is specifically for employees and not customers. So you gotta hold it in until you're done with your clean clothes.But I just saw someone (not an employee) use the bathroom.What would happen if the person had to use the bathroom really badly they have to run all the way to the Safeway.

I was putting my mo ey in the wash, and the machine wouldn't take my quarters after I put $1.25 in. (1.25 went in fine but no other money would) I asked the lady to refund me, and she said we don't give refunds, and I said then maybe you should have a machine that works. She then accused me of faking that it was mine money. I said, "Really?" I told her to check her camera! She walked away and said, "Maybe you should wash here. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

There are not a lot of laundry options in Des Moines and the other two I have looked at are sketchy at best. That said this one has always been clean and the big machines are priced better than most other places. I have noticed recently several machines have been going down and stay down for weeks. They explained that it takes several weeks to get technicians to come out. This jibes with what an out of town maintenance tech friend told me that his schedule is booked solid for weeks at a time and he only services a small town of 75k
