“My therapist Tony is very knowledgeable when it came to my back issues. The exercises/treatment I receive from him are already making my back feel better.“
“Dr. Lauren and Tonya have been nothing short of amazing. They have both have been pivotal in having my recovery time minimized. The most important aspect besides of course their expertise, is that they both genuinely cared and provided Individual based solutions that specifically were catered to my injury. Having people this qualified, but also this compassionate about their clients throughout the process and determined to see their success through to recovery, for me has been a rarity find. It has made me extremely grateful I came here for recovery and would recommend for anyone considering !!“
“I was in a car accident a few months ago and needed a Physical Therapist to help with my recovery in the Renton/South Seattle Area. Dr Toy at Physical Therapy Dynamix was absolutely amazing! The care and attention to detail provided was truly exceptional. If you're looking for a skilled and compassionate therapist, look no further as I highly recommend him!“
“Hi Def has a very knowledgeable team. Went with them knowing I had a lengthy recovery window post-op.Communication was great! I knew upfront the overall plan which set me up for realistic expectations on my progress. AJ also took into account how my shoulder was feeling that day or what my workout was for the day, and made adjustments accordingly. It wasn’t a cookie cutter template and I felt like he made the most of my time.Hopefully I will never have to go back to PT. However, if I do, it will be at Hi Def.“
“My name is Nathan and this is my story. In 2022 I hurt my back with an annular tear between l-4 and l-5 while carrying 80 lbs. of batteries. This was signaled only with a pinch and some heat but within minutes it moved into debilitating pain, and I had to excuse myself from work. I then spent the next 5 weeks at home unable to do most anything, even needing help to dress myself at times. After the 5 weeks I'd completely exhausted all of my resources, time off, vacation pay, and savings so I needed to do something. At this time my insurance would only cover 12 PT visits, so I did those with little to no gain. But it's all I had at the time. I went to my work and appealed my situation to them and they thankfully allowed me to work on light duty in a different position. I was still barely able to perform my tasks and certainly unable to do so without a back brace assisting me while also taking large amounts of over-the-counter medication in an attempt to quiet the pain I lived in 24 hours a day. However, even this situation was barely feasible and I had considered trying to find different forms of employment. I had even gone as far as to consider taking the offered prescription of (addictive) - narcotic pain medication for my chronic pain. And so I decided ..... (at my wife's insistence) PT was at least worth one more shot. So, after living in this condition for more than 18 months I found my way to Pain Science where I met Dr. Abby Hendryx. Over the course of 6 months totaling some 18 visits, I learned how to incrementally increase my range of motion while at the same time gaining strength. This was very necessary to reduce my pain.... The strength part. After being pretty much on your back for more than a year you'll lose some strength. I would like to point out the during these visits I had received different forms of therapy; some intended to reduce my stress and pain while others were intended to help me gain strength and resilience. I still wanted to know what was wrong with me. I was sure if I understood the mechanical failure that would illuminate a way out of my painful situation. To my relief Dr. Abby has on hand a large amount of information. The information she provided me helped to finally understand what was going on with my body. I'm very sad to report that there is no "off button" for pain listed anywhere in the educational material I viewed. No short list of simple actions will do this is something you have to work at. It's very hard to see any progress when looking at it in the short term. However, stepping back and looking at something after a month's work at it and you can see progress. Today I am mostly pain-free. I still have a lot of aches and pains and there are limits to what I can do, but I don't feel irredeemably broken! I know that I still can do things in life. I can still achieve my goals if only I reach them. There's hope for you yet. Good luck. -Nathan“

“Northwest wellness was recommended to me by a PA for a torn meniscus. I saw Dr. Porter and I could not have been happier with my results. I worked with him at my pace and over the course of several weeks he made adjustments to my treatment that made all the difference in my recovery. He listens. He is patient. He is passionate. I would highly recommend him for anyone seeking PT ! Northwest wellness has other services that I would try as well, the scheduling is easy efficient and the front desk staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I can't forget to mention Wendy! In PT with Dr. Porter- she has the same passion and professionalism- what a great team!“

“Dr Dave is awesome, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Great people and excellent care.“
“I've been going here for 7 years for massage work. There are many therapists available with different techniques so you'll likely find someone who will suit your preferences.Just this year I had an insurance claim and started going to the chiropractor there, Dr Owens. She and Dr Imoto are great and worked me through my injuries in less than 3 months. The massage therapists are all qualified to work with insurance as well. The combination of the two services got me up and going again. They also offer naturopathy and psychology services.“
“I work in a very injury prone profession and have had three separate instances to use physical therapy over the past 25 plus years. By far my best experience has been with Tito and Danny at Atlas Physical Therapy. They are kind professional and definitely interested in your short term and long term health. They pushed appropriately but not too much. Tito uses an app that reminds you of which exercises to do on your days off, and I am still using the app even though I am released from therapy. Hopefully no future injuries but if I do I will definitely be seeing Tito, Danny, and their great support staff such as Jessie.“
“I had a car accident last year and went there for treatment for my son and I. I feel like they did a great job and was always really thorough in treating us. They also listened and answered all my questions. Dr. Kathy and the physical therapist there were so great to work with! I’d definitely recommend this place!“
“The best chiropractic in the town I want to recommend Everyone who try to get treatment“
