If you want a fantastic hair cut from a very sweet and beautiful person and hairstylist. Go see Luzy Perez in Des Moines she is the greatest. She has been cutting my hair for several years and she does a great job. She always has time to get me in and I have seen some of her other customers with much more difficult hair than mine and they look great.
