My pregnant wife and I were locked out of our Wallingford Seattle townhome. After calling dispatch, being quoted 20 minutes and $29, our locksmith arrived 80 minutes later and demanded $300 using his cell phone to translate Spanish to English. I would have called another more honest service, but we were late to our baby shower. This company is sadly taking advantage of people with deceptive advertising and dishonest quotes.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.They stole money from me and completely destroyed my car with given proof and REFUSE to refund me after they claim an 100% satisfaction guarantee. They "key" they made does not work and not only that HOWEVER ELI (that's who programmed it) programmed the key completely ruined my car to the point it will not turn on, and after taking it into the original dealership they confirm it was in fact the programming that messed my car up so now will have to pay the price for a new key PLUS fixing my car. DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS COMPANY.Will be taking to small court SOON.

Got locked out of my car. Took them 45 minutes to get there, he spent 2 minutes to open the car. Cost $250. I could have taken an uber to walmart, buy a car kit, and ubered back for less money. Hell, I could practically pay for an entire locksmithing certification for that much money. Cannot un-recommend these people enough.
