Highline Physical Therapy is Awesome. Everybody there is Very Friendly And They have helped me a great deal. They all go out of their way to make you feel at ease and feel at home!!!!!
My wife just finished a month of PT after a knee replacement . She worked mostly with Po-Li . She had a knee replacement in the past and spent more than two months going three times a week to physical therapy. At Highline Physical Therapy she accomplished more in a month going twice a week than she did going three times a week for over two months. When she went back to the doctor for her one month check-up he was thrilled with the progress. Everyone at Highline is knowledgeable and caring. The office is easy to reach if you live in Des Moines.
I saw Emma who expertly diagnosed me with sciatica. I had pain when walking plus pain at night and had stopped my walking exercise because of that.We began a progressive series of exercises for stretching and strengtheningEach session I improved. The guidance from Emma was excellent.Pain decreased and walking distances increased.At this time I am pain free and attending aerobic dance classes, and also can go walking briskly 1 hour a day. Even up and down moderate hills.The hip strengthening exercises plus the stretching work made this all possibleSoon I will be also walking up steep hillsThanks EmmaBetsy Sproger
