Joe/Marcus delivered a couch to my parent's home. They were incredible. Brought the couch in carefully without hitting the door/wall. Unpacked it and placed it where my mom wanted. Amazing customer service. Highly recommend them.
While the Clutter service is pricy, the interaction with Clutter staff online, at the warehouse, and during pickup was excellent. A particular shout to Jessica Cardenas for her huge help at my pickup appointment!
