Everyone from the front desk staff to the therapists and the manager are top-notch professionals that are so friendly and compassionate and simply amazing human beings. I was wheel-chair bound for 5 years and then had 2 knee replacement surgeries over the past year and the kind people at Olympic Sports & Spine in Covington, WA were absolutely crucial to my recovery. The amazing staff were able to coordinate my therapy appointments with my mother's appointments (yep, she had PT, too) and resolve issues with my difficult insurance company. OSS is amazing! My kids and I have a genetic disorder and they have been nothing be wonderful to work with every time we come see them, which is a lot.

Special shout out to Tracy in billing! She's chipper and kind. Went above and beyond to get me the information I needed, and I actually looked forward to calling back and paying my bill because I knew I'd get to talk to her and start my day with a cheery hello. I pay a lot of medical bills to providers and she has been the best ever over the past 20+ years. Give this gal a raise!

Going to be a long great rant/review- so buckle up! Cliff notes: The place is amazing- People are amazing!So let's be real. You are going to physical therapy most likely because you are hurt, healing, recovering, etc. If you don't care about listening and doing what they say- why waste your time and theirs? Everyone here is amazing- from the front desk (Michelle and Bridget) to the people who put ice or heat on you (Kylee & Mccaulley) . Chad is great to work with, his energy and personality was great to have starting off with PT. Then there's Kera, not only is she funny, smart, amazing, and just a great person.
