Dr Khan is a gift to all who see her. My experience was unhurried, and she answered my questions thoroughly. Better yet, she is kind and caring. I won’t hesitate to use Covington Indigo again.
Last time we needed to come in near closing time. All the staff was very fast, efficient and kind. Gold stars!
Today the staff were amazing again! I woke up late and the front desk person made a plan with me to come in for the next time
slot. The MA, provider and lab tech are tip notch!
I went to ER to get help for my back pain but did not get the care or respect we all deserve so I left and Indigo had an opening at 6pm so I went home got a little rest and then went there. The staff their are friendly, kind, compassionate and they listen. I got the referral I needed to see my previous back doctor and she did a quick exam to make sure she didn't see anything worse going on. I'm still in pain but just being treated like a human made all the difference. I will use them from now on and stay out of emergency rooms because their mindset it your just drug seeking. I appreciate the nurse and doctor there as they listened and I didn't feel judged.
