I've only been here once, but I was able to get seated right away. I made an appointment, but it was slow so I'm not sure if that made much of a difference. They handed me the colors to choose from and immediately got to work. My dip manicure is great and the tech (I think her name was maybe Dao but I didn't ask) did a great job paying attention to detail. It was $60 for dip with 2 tip extensions. I'll come back and try them again when I need another manicure. ?
Went in for a new set and pedicure ( deluxe). Paid 65 for nails and 60 for pedicure (gel). Went to get tip from ATM and when I came back they charged me another 10 for nails? 75 for a new set? No design. Been going here for 4 years now but they charged way to much for a new set of nails. I am usually very happy but when priice list says 55 and up, you charged me 20 dollars to put tips on when it should have been included in the 55 and that is supposed to include basic gel
I gave Honest nails a try because of a recommendation. I wish I didn’t. I made an appointment for a fill and pedicure. The lady gave me the book of prices and I said I just wanted an express pedicure. She tried talking me into the next one. I told her not today that I didn’t want to spend that much. I shouldn’t have to explain myself. Well she treated me like trash after that. I saw her say something to my nail person about it. I was barely shown any gel colors. When I was walking out I saw how many they had. I was rushed through and made to feel super uncomfortable. I don’t love my nails and I am super bummed.
