“Short version: Support this awesome local business! The staff (two ladies) were incredibly nice and personable while providing great/honest service! I will 1000% be back for any blind needs!Long version: Called about 7 different blind repair companies to get quotes. Most were between the $100-150 range with one even quoting me $300! The reason I went with PSBC is because they were transparent in their quotes. Everyone gave me one rate when I told them my issue, but PSBC gave me two different options. If only the lock mechanism on my blinds were broken, then the price would be one price, but if it required a new lock + restrung then it would be another price. I appreciated that they would provide the level of service (and cost) based on the actual problem and not just an all-in quote (everyone else automatically said it would require new lock + restring). You can only drop off the blinds so I went to go dropoff and a lady came out from the back who did all the repairs. She quickly glanced at my blinds and said everything seemed to be in great working order and spent about ~5 mins fixing everything. During that time, I met the lady who gave me the quote on the phone and she was just as nice in person! Once the work was finished, I asked how much and she said that no worries because it was a quick fix! I would've been more than happy to pay, but was super appreciative that they wouldn't try to take advantage of a customer! Some companies that I got quotes from included coming out to my house to fix the issue, but I would take quality and honest work over convenience 10/10 times!!! I will for sure come back here in the future and will recommend it to anyone else! Also, thanks to the two ladies who provided exceptional service!!!“
“I hired A&K to do a move-out cleaning of my 3-bedroom/2-bath condo at Redondo Beach. The cleaner left it absolutely immaculate and ready for the real estate market. That included thorough cleaning of all the appliances, the floors and baseboards, cleaning & sanitizing both bathrooms, and inside and outside all the cupboards and drawers in the condo. If I could, I would give this company TEN stars! My cleaner, and the manager, OIeg, were absolutely super to work with. You can't go wrong with A&K.“

“We had a move-out and move-in cleaning done at two houses. The scheduling, booking and customer service was some of the best that I've seen from contractors so kudos to Oleg for being awesome to work with. I did find that a few obvious spots were missed during both cleanings (B+ grade cleaning), but they made it right with a partial refund/credit for one house and had their supervisor come out to do the fix work the next day on the other house. The bathrooms and kitchens look stellar, it's the small stuff like baseboards, spots on walls, vent registers, light switch covers, and cobwebs that were overlooked in some spots. I would grade the customer service as 5 star, cleaning as 3 star, and a balance of a 4 star for making it right.“

“So grateful for Sergio and the crew. I want to show my sincere appreciation to Sergio and the crew for the amazing job they did helping me clean my old space as I moved into my new apartment. This was a smaller job, and I was so relieved that they accepted it. I would use them again! What they accomplished in two hours would have taken me three or five days to do, and I would have done it poorly. The crew truly do deep cleanings. They even washed my window inside and out and found a way to remove an old rust stain from the back of the toilet. Absolutely worth every penny. Thank you!“
