We knew there were complexities with our old roof. We were not disappointed with the choice. This is the most professional outfit we’ve worked with in 30 years of home ownership. On the day scheduled the crew was there at 8am setting up, materials, tools, safety gear port a pottie - within an hour they were on the roof. It was the hardest working crew EVER going hard all they way til 6pm. They encountered the anticipated problems and moved through they with professional and long term solutions. “Very confident workers. No sugar coating sales rep ?‍?. Very easy finance and arrangement. They replaced several areas of roofing and flashing. They went in attic and connected a solar tube and vented a bathroom exhaust vent and took down the attic fan going to the turbine vent which was replaced with a ridge vent across the peak. The clean up was excellent. The gutters were replaced with a blink of the eye. Totally 2 1/2 days. I believe I am the 8th house in my neighborhood who has hired Chet’s.“

These guys worked with us within our budget and got us the best deal for the funds we had. They were also extremely flexible in the timeline and were able to tarp the roof immediately to make sure the early spring rains didn’t affect us too much. We had a small leak in our master bathroom that needed repair. The estimator, Alex Salazar, did a phenomenal job at building our confidence in the ability of Valentine Roofing to get the job done correctly. His attention to detail, ability to get into our crawl space to assess overall project requirements, with videos and images, was above and beyond. Options were provided for the entire roof and also the area of concern as well. We scheduled the entire roof replacement, Materials were delivered shorty after, and the entire roof was replaced within 3 days. Jose Palma, lead on the roof replacement, kept us well informed on the progress daily with photos. I appreciated his strong work ethic, communication, and ability to keep the job site well maintained.

“Dallas Del Rosario is the inspector today. I am amazed by his work! He came on time not early, not late, on time! Unlike other roofers just use the drones. He went into my attic, taking pictures, videos, then went on the roof. Then he showed me everything.
I am still waiting for the estimate to see if it is affordable. His attitude and professioncy make me feel safe. Not sure how much they will charge for this job. If it is acceptable, they are my top choice.“
