It felt like an energy work session and it had some immediate anti-aging benefits. I can't wait to return. “Although I'm not from the area, I would recommend this salon to anyone in Oak Harbor, or passing through. Joshua gave me excellent customer service, from spending one on one time to get a thorough idea of my goals for my color, to making me a fresh cup of coffee when he saw me yawning (I work nights). He did every little nuance that I expect from an upscale salon service, with a genuine sense of enjoyment of his profession. No dramatic sighs, or eye rolls when I stated what I wanted. He kept me realistic, but still achieved the look I wanted. I will definitely be returning when I'm in the area.“

“Yeah. That was nice! Very clean, had a nearly last minute spot available, very friendly. The infrared sauna is very helpful for neutralizing a spell of acute chronic pain. My weekend has been improved significantly after 45 minutes in the sauna. I am full of gratitude.“

“My experience was great! Absolutely no pressure about tipping. Cindy (I hope I remember her name correctly) did an awesome job. Strong, medium hard pressure. No quick jerky movements, which I appreciate. She checked in often with me, making sure I was ok. Exactly 90 minutes. Clean rooms. “Don't see too many updated/recent reviews for island nails. I've been trying out local nail salons in oak harbor for the past couple of months since moving here..and have been very disappointed. Finally gave island nails a try and I am MORE than pleased. 1. One of the fastest fills I've ever gotten 2. No flaws at all 3. I'm so picky and hate *thick* nails. I want them to be paper thin, strong, and squared... but narrow? Definitely a must try, if you're in the area“
