Best construction firm on the island! Innovative, thoughtful and creative new home, renovation and remodeling firm. They built our home in Coupeville which we love and the embarked on a long and expensive journey with us restoring the 1886 Coupeville Cashstore in the historic waterfront district. Larry Mason, their supervisor on our project was amazing!
Look good
Showed up eager and excited. It was like pulling teeth to get them to take my money, I called and called, and then finally drove down there to their office where they couldn’t ignore my calls. Paid them a third of the design fee right there to show them how serious we were. Set a budget, I communicated everything and it took them 4 months to produce a design with our immediate feedback on loose and rough designs. Had to follow up routinely to get any communication back in regards to the status of the design multiple emails sent with sometime weeks without a response.
