I've used Bell Design Company for a few years. - They provided complete & accurate analyses of things like water and soil. - Their advice has been helpful & correct. - Their designs are thorough, insightful & catered to my needs. - They're adept at warning & managing the entire myriad of regulatory issues. - They've successfully selected, hired and managed contractors. - They've been easy to work with and always listened carefully and adjusted their plans to match my changes. - They sometimes didn't have the bandwidth to respond as quickly as I would like but they appear to have fixed that now.
