I have to say having to drive a hour and a half to bring my son here i wish i could give these guys no stars. The lady Lisa that handles up front has the worst customer service. The lake of communication and smiles. She was very rude and impatient. She is always in a bad mood and i can tell she cant not handle situations that involve multiple tasks. Sh treated us like she just wanted us to leave. I will never bring my other children here ever again. I would rather drive the extra 30 more minutes to Deerpark then have to treated like this. This is supposed to be a good experience for our children and they want to learn.

Extremely rude front desk, both over the phone and in person. Misleading and inconsistent information. I’m seeing other reviews that describe the same experience I had and I wonder how they’re still in business.

The guy that runs the class is awesome. That's why it's given 2 stars. But the lady that handles the scheduling is horrible at her job. She makes every encounter way harder than it needs to be and is very snarky on the phone. Also gives incorrect information to the students. So when you're at the DMV trying to get your kids license, you don't have the correct paperwork. I would have given it one star, but the guy that runs the class is good at his job.
