John watt the service technician that came out to service my air conditioner and heat pump, was a highly educated, highly experienced technician that was not only happy to show me what he did to diagnose. It succeeded in diagnosing a problem that is not even in his department, and got my heat pump running again he is an excellent technician. Five stars.
A NorStar Heating and Cooling technician conducted maintenance on my 52 year old gas furnace today, and reported it was the cleanest he's seen in a furnace that old. He also said it is a good furnace in great working order. I was very happy with his work and report. Thank you NorStar!!!
Brian was prompt, gracious and very knowledgeable with regard to my AC problem. He explained step by step the process he used to diagnose the issue and I am in complete agreement. Our AC system should be back on line very soon. I deeply appreciate the rapid response and the technical competence.
