We did what was almost a full gut of our 1924 home that was new to us. Cost less Carpet, with the help of Kirk, Monica, and Michael, helped us select new wood flooring for the basement and multiple areas of tile. The tile was incredibly difficult to match but they did a great job and provided excellent contractors. They pulled us through some very stressful moments and we greatly appreciate that. This store has lots of inventory. We searched for tile for a fireplace and Cost Plus Carpets had many choices in a variety of styles and different price ranges that we could take home TODAY. Everywhere else, the delivery for what we wanted was 2 weeks or more. Kirk was knowledgeable, helpful and found us exactly what we needed at a great price.
