I had Sampson assist with clearing a problematic sewer drain. They have made two different services for unrelated reasons, and both times were very friendly and helpful, and were able to send someone out very quickly. My favorite chirotherapist ive ever been to!! I get a little anxious when it comes to popping my neck/shoulders and he always is supportive and quick to reassure that everythings fine! I usually can get an appt within a day or two of calling and have always walked away feeling better than when I walked into the door! He takes insurance too just make sure you chat with him about it!!

Our carpenter ants are completely gone! We hired another company and they came more than once. Instead of decreasing, the ants increased. That company could not fix our problem. They just made it worse and they were extremely difficult to deal with. We fired them and hired Palouse Empire Pest Control. Wow! What a difference. Brad came and answered all our questions. He actually explained what was going on and how he would get rid of the ants. After one treatment, the ants were GONE IN 3 DAYS! Completely gone. None inside. None outside. Palouse Empire Pest Control is the best!
