“I go to Clearview for my audiology and optometry, the docs are great and the staff are too. But....Last week I had my annual eye exam and decided I needed a pair of good reading glasses in the stead of the off the shelf type I have been wearing. My exam was paid for by the VA and again the staff were great until I went to pick out a frame and type of lens. The lady that was "helping" me seemed very uninterested in what was going on to the point of being rude. She slammed a box down on the counter and started writing on a piece of paper then sat there and stared at me. She finally asked me what types of frames and lenses I wanted so I asked her what my choices were. She pointed at the box so I opened it and picked out a pair. She made a couple of marks on the lenses then shut the box and said they will be here in 3-4 weeks and started to walk off, I finally got her to tell me that they would be shipped to my address. Very bad attitude, unprofessional and uninterested in her customer. Other than this lady, the whole place and crew get 5 stars Casey“
