The quality of care I got here wasn't bad, but not the level of care I needed. The business practices are what ultimately drove me to another office.First, the receptionist tried to tell me that I could still expect to pay something towards the services despite their office being contracted with my insurance and my out of pocket being met for the year. Then there were the hours of operation, which were very limited and always during my work hours. On top of that, if I wasn't there at least 10 minutes before my 15-minute appointment started, there was a chance they'd "squeeze someone in" before the appointment I'd made at least a week in advance. I can’t believe my own eyes... I just went to the chiropractor and I had so many problems with my back I couldn’t count, my chest curved, my neck was out of line, my back was out of line, and my ribs were bent. Now, my back is completely straight, there’s no pain, and my chest is back to normal. I’m not over exaggerating when I say this, but now, I haven’t felt more alive. Thank you so much, I don’t know how else to thank the doctor that helped me fix my problem, my back is something I’ve dealt with for so long, and now I can’t even see what’s wrong anymore, no pain, and my life has turned around. The massage was great however after the adjustment I had double vision for several hours:( when I asked the chiropractor about it he said he had never heard of that happening before. I went home and looked it up on google and boy has it happened many many times before to many people and the cause per medical journals is that the adjustment was too rough and not precise enough causing strain on the eyes:( this can cause blindness that is permanent if done enough times to damage the nerves...
