When I come into Village Vet, I am usually in a high level of stress over a loved member of the family that isn't doing well. To be put at ease as soon as I walk in feels...comforting, cared for, safe. I know that my pet will be treated with great care and concern. When they have bad news to tell me, I can actually see that it pains them as well. And when they tell me encouraging news, they smile reassuringly....even after my cat has ingested 2 hair bands in less than a week!! Thank you to your entire staff for taking such great care.
