The Dock Company

The Dock Company, Dave, Marco and crew came to our rescue this morning and we can’t thank them enough. We were out of town last night. The geniuses at The PUD that control the flow of the river, last evening had the river at a high enough level that our boat, even though moored to the dock, floated above the boat lift. At midnight, the river level in front of our home read 709.6, I checked out the camera we have on the dock and saw the boat floating but attached. At 7:35 AM, I checked the camera and the river level, the river level was 704.6 above sea level and the boat was now facing bow up at a 45 degree angle with the stern appearing to be sitting at the river bed (it was not). Apparently, because the water was high, the boat floated down river off the lift. Then when the water lowered at such a rapid pace the boat was unable to float back on to the lift and got caught up on the lift. We immediately called Dave, within 10 minutes he arrived with his crew at our dock. Within 20 minutes they were driving the boat to our launch. They attached our trailer to their truck and took it out of the water in order to assess any damage to the boat. We told him our children and grandchildren were due to Chelan for a family boating vacation in 3 days. Knowing how much we wanted our boat this week, he contacted a repair business to fix the baseball sized hole punched in the hull of the boat. Dave is well liked and known in this community and thanks to his connections he was able to arrange the boat to be repaired in time to use it when our family is here. By the time we arrived in Chelan 4 hours later our boat was in the lot of the repair shop. We can’t thank Dave and the Dock Company enough for the amazing customer service. We are so fortunate to have them there to call and help us out. They went above and beyond our expectations.

Our boat lift hydraulic line burst. They came out in 3 days and repaired it along with all the other lines. Great company and people. 5 thumbs up.
