Wow these guys really saved the day. I came to stay at a friend's house in Orondo and got stuck in the snow. I know, silly Western Washingtonian! Anyway even though it was after 6 PM and they were closed for the evening, when I called they picked up. I don't remember the gentleman's name but he was so cheerful and customer service oriented, it really lifted my spirits. After I explained my situation he recommended a better solution than towing. He quickly confirmed with another individual who had a snow plow truck. I didn't want to deal with it that evening and it was dark by then, so he showed up as promised the next morning to scrape the roadway and then pull my car out of the pile of snow. The price was reasonable and since the whole hour wasn't up yet he continued to plow. Talk about going above and beyond the call of duty. Thanks Trevor! This was one of those times when it was not just about the work being performed but literally rescuing a customer. I really am so grateful.
