Timely service, friendly staff, educated doctors, and through examines.The referral system needs to be revamped, there should be a desk when you walk out that calls for you and schedules right then, that way there is no lag time.

I saw Faith mmBorothi yesterday and she spent time answering all my questions. I never felt rushed. She checked drug interactions with new medication and even checked with the Pharmacist. I've had two strokes so I need to be careful that I don't take medicine that would thin my blood. I received quality care from Faith and all the staff.

I had an issue that wasnt what I deemed an emergency, but that needed attention sooner than later. They got me in that afternoon.Checkin was quick, professional and friendly. Once in, the assistant was very friendly and obviously her job was second nature to her. The dentist was friendly, stern (lol) and professional. She explained the problem and the solution. The entire visit from check in to check out was no more than 30 min. My followup visit was several days later. Same as before, excellent. The procedure from numbing to sending me out the door was less than 15 min! Dont know if I just had the best of luck in all aspects but I will take it :) Thank you Valley View... read full review
