She was trying to sell it, and we called many realtors in the area, most didn't answer their phones, or return messages left for them,...others contacted her to LOW BALL and nit pick the property. We were recommended to Cheryl, who picked up her phone when we called, and got RIGHT DOWN to business. We were impressed with her friendliness, and found her to be EXTREMELY knowledgeable about Lewis County, especially that area. She knew flood planes, water tables, problem neighbors, was even aware of the vile & treacherous squatter. The property had some issues, my friend had some issues, (she was far too nice to the vile & treacherous squatter), and there were some issues that popped up during the sale. Cheryl was a pro, I would recommend her to any and all.“
