if i could give a negative star rating I would. Dishonest sales person and incompetent service department. If you are going to buy a RV or get work done on your RV go anywhere but here. I wonder is Forest RIver RV knows how bad this place is. They have wasted so much of my time and still nothing is resolved. TERRIBLE! DO NOT GO HERE!

Absolutely trash.... We took our RV in for what we understood to be a complete check of the gas and electrical stuff, along with other things to insure it's ready for the road. No no no.. they didn't even check generator witch is currently leaking fuel. Obviously no one even turned that on. So how would they check to make sure our appliances operate as they should while camping? They didn't check any fuses we found few blown out. They didn't care to check wiper blades witch are in need of an adjustment or something. Drivers side isn't operating properly. Didn't care to check any of our plug ins . Like we really paid almost $500 just to have them turn on are stove and microwave and fridge while RV was running. And that's it on top of that we paid another $500 to replace a power cord that we thought and they had us at the understanding was like a positive battery cable. No they replaced our extended 220 cored that I am pretty sure wasn't even bad I just checked and used it a week before. But can also be bought for $68 at Walmart. Then when I called to ask why it seems nothing was checked. I get well if you wanna pay us $160 an hr to check those we can. Garbage... I feel they intentionally misleading people on what exactly they cover in their inspections and what they replaced. We didn't expect them to fix the issues but to not even check. That's yeah trash..

Called a week ago to see if they could fit us in for an oil change/chassis lube on our Gas Newmar Class A while we were in the area for a couple of days. They were able to squeeze us in, when every other repair place north of Seattle were months out on scheduling. I am so happy that the other places couldn't fit us in. We drove in, they started right away & gave us our oil change, chassis lube, inspected our belts & hoses and we were out the door 2 hours later. And the cost? OMG. Best prices ever. If you are on the I-5 corridor between Portland and Olympia & need service, these are your people! They service all types of RVs. Awesome RV Service & Awesome Ford (all in one location). This might be a regular stopover for service for us from now on. So pleased!!
