I absolutely love that no sales person comes to hound you at any point. This place has a great selection of homes! Their pricing sheets are right outside the office so you don't walk around wondering about that the whole time. The houses could be cleaned up more(dead flies on window sills, and in bathtubs) but it doesn't change my mind about making a purchase there. Nice layout of homes and nice staging!

They went above and beyond throughout the process, helping us pick out the best home for our needs as well as making the tough decisions on how to best customize it for our budget. It was also nice having experts help navigate some of the technical parts such as permitting issues and questions. They made us feel very comfortable throughout the entire process and we couldn't imagine going anywhere else for our next home!
