“Today I went in for my first Brazilian in a VERY LONG time. my esthetician was Katie. She was amazing and had such a good vibe! I loved her combination of conversation and talking me through the process. I genuinely enjoyed her company and it was relatively painless all things considered. The salon is very clean, adorable and inviting. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and offered water. They had glasses and glass straws instead of disposable or bottles and I liked that. The receptionist was very kind and friendly. When I went back the service room was bright and very clean. They had personal hygiene wipes available to freshen up which was nice as it was hot out today. I took note of the good hygiene practices as Katie used a new stick every time she dipped in the wax, had fresh towels and bed cover when I arrived, wore gloves and wore her hair pulled back, asked me about temperature, and many other things. My experience was well above my expectations and I will definitely be back to see Katie for my wax as well as other services!“
