This is THE BEST auto repair shop in Centralia, bar none. As a woman, I often get the 'listen here little lady' attitude with any other auto shop or service, especially the large chain stores, since I like to ask questions and understand what's going on even though mechanics isn't my forte. PM Auto has never once treated me like that, and they've earned my loyalty on that point alone!
They also have a very kid-friendly waiting room, which as a Mama I deeply appreciate. They even had Bluey going on the TV!

PM Auto excels in all categories. I was dealing with electrical issues to get my fan motor working, and Paul Michael didn’t hesitate to give me expert advice to try and tackle the problem. When I reached the end of my ability, PM Auto saved the day by taking care of the problem. They have pride in their work and they honor what they do. Denae at the front desk is a pleasure to work with, and she makes the whole process seamless and easy. I cannot recommend PM Auto enough! They will be my go-to mechanic from now on.
