A friend told me about this place and these guys are damn good(both Jesus and Nate). They do a better job then those high end salons that charge $100+. Is very nice a see a young person open and run an independent business in this day and age of big corporations owning everything. He takes a-lot of pride in his place and has excellent skills. I am a lot older and kinda feel a bit out of place but I appreciate someone that has exceptional skills which these guys certainly do.

So this was my first time at Nate's 98 Barber Shop and it was a great experience for my first time. I showed up 30 mins before closing and asked if there was still time for a quick cut and Nate said yes and sat me down in the chair next to his to have one of his other barbers give me a cut. As for the other barber Cesar who gave me a fade , he's a fairly new barber for Nates 98 and did not speak any English but that was no problem as I speak fluent Spanish. Although he's new to Nates I could tell he wasn't new to cutting hair as he told me he's been doing so for 6+ years before he came here.
