Hannah has helped me over the phone numerous times and in person. I newly became a small business owner in 2021 and had some confusion on what and if I needed to pay the irs. I was also unsure on my dependent credits I had mix up’s because of the advances from covid. I called and spoke to her when I first reached out and was referred back to her every phone call and I did make one visit to the office. I’ve had my tax returns done here before, but this year with COVID we had to do it all remotely. They actually have a fantastic online system that made it really easy to upload my documents. Within like 30 minutes I was done and they took care of the rest. Highly recommend them, especially with their new contactless system!!
