We used Lexar to build our home in Chehalis. Overall great job. We are very happy with our house quality. They estimated it would take 6 to 8 months to complete the build and they met that timeframe. They worked well with us on selecting and implementing options on a standard house plan that makes our home really a custom home.

I am Brian one of the owners. Please come down and check us out. Our homes do not feature cheap builder grade finishes. We use name brand custom finishes and materials like quartz counters, luxury flooring, cedar exterior trim and a lot more. They are also extremely efficient with NET ZERO solar and each one has a unique limited, lifetime warranty. Let us take you out to some job sites, we know you will be impressed.

I’m very happy with my experience with Lexar Homes. The service we got from the beginning until completion has been great. Lexar was put behind the 8-ball with shutdowns and logistical issues, but they really came through when they were able to start. As the owner who has put their life savings into the home, I really appreciate their responsiveness and willingness to make us happy. I’m not exaggerating when I say their efforts to make us happy were exceptional. They also did a great job of holding their subs accountable.
