The service from the plumbers were good. They came in and got the job done in just under an hour for our water leak. Now the customer service from the office was OK at first but then got worst. I waited a week to be called back which didn’t happen. I had to call them to check to see when the plumber was to come out to inspect and ensure we had a leak. My first call I explained to them what I was told from Centralia Utilities and wanted to know if someone could come out and take a look as we were not finding any leaks. I asked how much and was told there was no cost. After the guy came out my husband was verbally quoted saying about 2 hours and 3 guys which they said between 500-550, which didn’t seem bad. After he called to schedule the appointment he was told by the main office lady that she was estimating between 700-750 and about 3 hours but we wouldn’t be invoiced until afterwards. At no time did this lady explain what that price all entailed. The day the plumbers came out they were in and out just under an hour. When we got our invoice about a week later we called as we were being charged 2 hours. When I questioned it I was told that we never asked what the rates were and that they charge by the hour. I explained I understood that they charged by the hour and that they were there for just under an hour and wanted to know where the extra hour was coming from. She then preceded to tell me they charge by the hour and that it takes 15 minutes to drive there and back to the office and then they had to get their truck ready. She then talked to one of the plumbers and then called me back telling me that she didn’t charge us for the 3 guy rate just the 2 guy, didn’t charge for using a splitter and then that we were not charged for the 30 minutes from the first time coming out (even though I was told there was no cost for that). Her communication on cost was horrible but the service from the guys were quick and clean.

I just can't say enough. We are so pleased with the staff and crew. They went over and above to help with a difficult situation. Thank you Kelly and Diane and all your staff from us.
