Brandon did an excellent job replacing our furnace. He’s the best tech/Pro we worked with in our lives — very nice, humble, knowledgeable and professional. I have read good reviews of him and was very excited when the very nice Elissa told me that Brandon is the HVAC Pro to come, after the very nice Mark provided a competitive quote and secured their good boss’s approval to urgently help with the soonest appointment avail.This is my first time with AmeriCool and I found everyone there from the front to the back offices (including Elissa, Kristy and Kristin) is nice, friendly and helpful. Don with americool has been very helpful and professional. He is knowledgeable in commercial heating and air units.The company needs another Comercial service man so they can get to an Emergency Job in a reasonable time.Great company and Great customer service.
