I have gone to Pete for a few years now, and until this year she has always been super quick and friendly. Since she has relocated, it’s made the process a little more difficult, and we had to fax and email all of our documents to her. My husband and I are a young working couple, striving to become educated successful individuals, and tax terminology is not necessarily our forte. My husband is an IBEW brother and due to covid, our documents were a little more complicated this year factoring in all of his short calls and some time on unemployment.
