Absolutely amazing job on floors on our home built in 1923 that had been covered under nasty old carpet for about 75 years. Jason and his team also added new oak flooring in the kitchen and did miracles with old fir flooring throughout the house. It is like a brand new home but the newly refinished floors maintain all the character and warmth of a home built 100 years ago - well done!

Amazing, personable, excellent service and absolutely 10/10 nail tech skills - the massage chair is great and so are the hands and feet massages - the whole experience was sooo relaxing. I don't live here - just visiting Leavenworth but will definitely get a mani/Pedi here again next time we visit!!!
Pros: Gives an amazing haircut. Treats the customer with respect and has good prices. Quaint salon, not high energy. Relaxed place.Cons: Never answers their phone, and doesn't have a voice-mail set up so they will not get back to you.

After stopping in Cashmere for a quick lunch today, we noticed our car was shaking and shimmying like crazy on Highway 2. We had just had the tires rotated the day before (on the vehicle with only 41,000 miles on it). That shop also had given the sedan a 50 point check up, and it was was given a clean bill of health. We weren't sure what to do. That's when we found Zavala's Auto Repair online... and it was just two miles from where we were on Highway 2. When we got there, we've found two young gentlemen working under the hood of a vehicle. I told them what had happened and asked if they might possibly check the lug nuts, wondering if some loose lug nuts might be the problem. They instantly stopped what they were doing, gently jacked up the car with my elderly mother-in-law still inside :-), and inspected the brakes as well as re-torquing the lug nuts. Talk about amazing service! We really appreciated how they helped us in a time of need, and assured us that things looked AOK. We ultimately decided it must be an issue with the tire balancing, and that somewhere along the way, we lost some of the balance weights. We were able to make it back to the Seattle area perfectly fine - the vehicle is now back at the original shop and they're taking a second look tomorrow. Thank you Zavala Auto Repair gentleman for helping put our minds at ease and saving the day. You didn't have to interrupt your day and workflow to help us at all, but you did - and at NO charge! Truly amazing and very much appreciated!
